### sec.52 Chief executive may ask for copy of complete rules
The chief executive may ask the secretary of an incorporated association to send the chief executive, within 21 days of the chief executive making the request—
a complete copy of the incorporated association’s rules; and
a statutory declaration by the secretary stating that the copy of the rules sent to the chief executive is a copy of the complete rules of the incorporated association.
The secretary must comply with the request.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —2 penalty units.

(sec.52-ssec.1) The chief executive may ask the secretary of an incorporated association to send the chief executive, within 21 days of the chief executive making the request— a complete copy of the incorporated association’s rules; and a statutory declaration by the secretary stating that the copy of the rules sent to the chief executive is a copy of the complete rules of the incorporated association.
(sec.52-ssec.2) The secretary must comply with the request. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —2 penalty units.
