### sec.49 Registration of amendment
If the chief executive grants the application for registration of the amendment of the incorporated association’s rules, the chief executive must register the amendment.
On registration of the amendment, the incorporated association’s rules are—
for an amendment to replace the association’s rules with the model rules—the model rules; or
otherwise—the association’s rules as amended.

(sec.49-ssec.1) If the chief executive grants the application for registration of the amendment of the incorporated association’s rules, the chief executive must register the amendment.
(sec.49-ssec.2) On registration of the amendment, the incorporated association’s rules are— for an amendment to replace the association’s rules with the model rules—the model rules; or otherwise—the association’s rules as amended.
- (a) for an amendment to replace the association’s rules with the model rules—the model rules; or
- (b) otherwise—the association’s rules as amended.
