### sec.46 Rules of incorporated association on registration
If the proposed rules adopted by an association under section 6 (1) (b) are the model rules (the adopted model rules ), on registration—
the rules of the incorporated association consist of—
the association’s registered name; and
the objects for the association stated in the application for incorporation of the association; and
the adopted model rules; and
the chief executive must make an entry in the register stating the adopted model rules are the rules of the association.
If the proposed rules adopted by an association under section 6 (1) (b) are not the model rules, on registration—
the rules of the incorporated association consist of—
the association’s registered name; and
the objects for the association stated in the application for incorporation of the association; and
the proposed rules; and
the chief executive must make an entry in the register stating the association’s proposed rules are the rules of the association.
An entry in the register stating an association’s proposed rules are the rules of the association does not validate, or cure any defect in, the rules.
