### sec.43 Association not to have unsuitable name
The chief executive must not grant an association’s application—
for incorporation—if the association’s name contains anything a regulation declares is an unsuitable name; or
to register a change of name—if the proposed new name contains anything a regulation declares is an unsuitable name.
