### sec.41 New certificate of incorporation
On registration of the incorporated association’s new name, the chief executive must issue the association with a new certificate of incorporation.
However, the chief executive may act under subsection (1) only if the association’s existing certificate of incorporation has been returned to the chief executive or the chief executive is satisfied that it has been lost or destroyed.

(sec.41-ssec.1) On registration of the incorporated association’s new name, the chief executive must issue the association with a new certificate of incorporation.
