### sec.35 Incorporated association may apply to change its registered name
An incorporated association may, by special resolution, decide to change its registered name.
The incorporated association may apply to the chief executive to have the change of name registered.
The application must be—
made within 3 months after the passing of the special resolution; and
in the approved form; and
accompanied by the information, documents and fees required under the regulations.

(sec.35-ssec.1) An incorporated association may, by special resolution, decide to change its registered name.
(sec.35-ssec.2) The incorporated association may apply to the chief executive to have the change of name registered.
(sec.35-ssec.3) The application must be— made within 3 months after the passing of the special resolution; and in the approved form; and accompanied by the information, documents and fees required under the regulations.
- (a) made within 3 months after the passing of the special resolution; and
