### sec.29 Incorporated association’s name to include ‘incorporated’ and be in English characters
An incorporated association must have the word ‘incorporated’ or ‘inc’ as part of and at the end of its name.
The association may use the words ‘incorporated’ or ‘inc’ interchangeably.
The association’s name must be in English characters.
