### sec.25 General powers
An incorporated association has, in the exercise of its affairs, all the powers of an individual.
An incorporated association may, for example—
enter into contracts; and
acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of property; and
make charges for services and facilities it supplies; and
do other things necessary or convenient to be done in carrying out its affairs.
An incorporated association may also issue secured and unsecured notes, debentures and debenture stock for the association.

(sec.25-ssec.1) An incorporated association has, in the exercise of its affairs, all the powers of an individual.
(sec.25-ssec.2) An incorporated association may, for example— enter into contracts; and acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of property; and make charges for services and facilities it supplies; and do other things necessary or convenient to be done in carrying out its affairs.
(sec.25-ssec.3) An incorporated association may also issue secured and unsecured notes, debentures and debenture stock for the association.
- (a) enter into contracts; and
- (b) acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of property; and
- (c) make charges for services and facilities it supplies; and
- (d) do other things necessary or convenient to be done in carrying out its affairs.
