### sec.1B Excluded matter for Corporations legislation
An incorporated association is declared to be an excluded matter for the Corporations Act , section 5F , in relation to the Corporations legislation other than to the extent specified in subsection (2) .
Subsection (1) does not apply so as to exclude an incorporated association that is a company under the Corporations Act from the provisions of Part 5A.1 of that Act, other than section 601AD(2) , (3) and (4) .
Subsection (1) extends to a company within the meaning of the Corporations Act as soon as it becomes an incorporated association under this Act.
Subsection (1) has effect only for so long as a body is an incorporated association under this Act.
