### sec.18 Inspecting register
On payment of the fee prescribed by regulation, a person may inspect the register or get a copy of details in the register—
at the department’s Brisbane office when the office is open to the public; or
by using a computer.
A person may pay the fee, in advance or in arrears, under an arrangement approved by the chief executive.
However, the chief executive may, on the application of an incorporated association or a member of an incorporated association, withhold information about the association or a member of the association from the register available for inspection by another person if the chief executive has reasonable grounds for believing the disclosure of the information would put the association or member at risk of harm.
