### sec.162 Existing consent to proposed registration as cooperative
This section applies to a certificate given to an incorporated association under former section 105M(1) before the commencement.
The certificate is taken to be a certificate given to the incorporated association under amended section 105M(1) that states that the chief executive consents to the association’s proposed registration as a co-operative under the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland).
The certificate expires 30 days after it was given to the incorporated association.
