### sec.159 Existing resolutions about registration as a cooperative This section applies if, before the commencement— an incorporated association decided by special resolution to register as a cooperative; and the incorporated association was not registered as a cooperative. The special resolution is taken to be a decision to register as a co-operative under the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland). s 159 ins 2020 No. 18 s 64 (sec.159-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— an incorporated association decided by special resolution to register as a cooperative; and the incorporated association was not registered as a cooperative.
