### sec.157 Existing decisions about incorporation of cooperatives
This section applies if, before the commencement, the chief executive—
decided to grant an application made under former section 105C for a cooperative to become an incorporated association; and
had not issued a certificate of incorporation under former section 105D.
For subsection (1)(a), the chief executive decided to grant an application made under former section 105C if the chief executive was satisfied of the matters mentioned in former section 105D(2) in relation to the application.
The chief executive must promptly issue a certificate of incorporation under this Act for the proposed incorporated association.
Amended section 105D(3) applies in relation to the certificate of incorporation.

(sec.157-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, the chief executive— decided to grant an application made under former section 105C for a cooperative to become an incorporated association; and had not issued a certificate of incorporation under former section 105D.
(sec.157-ssec.2) For subsection (1)(a), the chief executive decided to grant an application made under former section 105C if the chief executive was satisfied of the matters mentioned in former section 105D(2) in relation to the application.
(sec.157-ssec.3) The chief executive must promptly issue a certificate of incorporation under this Act for the proposed incorporated association.
(sec.157-ssec.4) Amended section 105D(3) applies in relation to the certificate of incorporation.
- (a) decided to grant an application made under former section 105C for a cooperative to become an incorporated association; and
- (b) had not issued a certificate of incorporation under former section 105D.
