### sec.150 Approved persons
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement of this section, a person was approved by the chief executive under section 59(1)(b)(v), as in force immediately before the commencement, as having appropriate qualifications to audit the financial affairs of an incorporated association.
On the commencement, the person is taken to be an approved person for the incorporated association.
