### sec.15 Certificate of incorporation
On registration of the association, the chief executive must issue a certificate of incorporation to the association.
The certificate is conclusive evidence that the requirements of this Act about the association’s registration and matters preceding or incidental to the registration have been complied with.

(sec.15-ssec.1) On registration of the association, the chief executive must issue a certificate of incorporation to the association.
