### sec.138 Service
A document may be served on an incorporated association by leaving it at, or sending it by post, telex, facsimile or similar facility to, the association’s nominated address, or to the address of the secretary, president or treasurer of the association shown in the records kept under this Act by the chief executive.
Subsection (1) does not limit any way of serving an incorporated association provided under any other law, but does not apply to the service of a notice under section 93 .
