### sec.106A Application for authority to transfer incorporation
An incorporated association may apply to the chief executive for authority to transfer the association’s incorporation to—
a company limited by guarantee under the Corporations Act , part 5B .1 ( CLG corporation ); or
an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cwlth) , part 2 -3 ( CATSI Act corporation ).
