### sec.105G Recording of interests in land
Within 30 days after a co-operative becomes an incorporated association, the secretary of the association must give to the registrar of titles, and anyone else required or permitted to record particulars necessary to identify interests in land, notice of the vesting of land of the former co-operative in the association.
The registrar of titles must record the particulars necessary to give effect to the vesting of the land in the incorporated association.
If a written request is made under subsection (1) , production of the instrument of title to the land is not required when the request is made, and the registrar of titles or other person is authorised to make necessary entries on the instrument title when it is next produced to the registrar or other person.
