### sec.50KA Disclosure for funding arrangements and public health monitoring
A designated officer may disclose confidential information if—
the disclosure is to another designated officer or to a designated person; and
the disclosure and receipt of the confidential information is—
for giving effect to or managing a funding arrangement for the service; or
for analysing, monitoring or evaluating public health; and
the person mentioned in paragraph (a) is authorised in writing by the chief executive to receive the confidential information.

- (a) the disclosure is to another designated officer or to a designated person; and
- (b) the disclosure and receipt of the confidential information is— (i) for giving effect to or managing a funding arrangement for the service; or (ii) for analysing, monitoring or evaluating public health; and
- (i) for giving effect to or managing a funding arrangement for the service; or
- (ii) for analysing, monitoring or evaluating public health; and
- (c) the person mentioned in paragraph (a) is authorised in writing by the chief executive to receive the confidential information.
