### sec.50I Disclosure is general condition of person
A designated officer may disclose confidential information if the confidential information is about the condition of the person to whom the confidential information relates and is communicated in general terms.
A service officer discloses that a person’s condition is “satisfactory”.
However, subsection (1) does not apply if the person to whom the confidential information relates requests the information not to be disclosed.
