### sec.41C When investigation officer ceases to hold office An investigation officer ceases to hold office if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the officer ceases to hold office. Subsection (1) does not limit the ways an investigation officer may cease to hold office.
