### sec.37 Authorised officers The commissioner may authorise a service officer, or service officers of a class of service officers, to exercise— all the powers conferred by this Act on an authorised officer; or any power or class of power conferred by this Act on an authorised officer. s 37 amd 1997 No. 6 s 3 sch - (a) all the powers conferred by this Act on an authorised officer; or - (b) any power or class of power conferred by this Act on an authorised officer.
