### sec.36R Giving of information to Minister or chief executive
The Minister or chief executive may, in relation to an RCA of a reportable event, ask the commissioning authority—
whether an RCA report has been received by the authority under section 36H ; and
if an RCA report has been received by the authority under section 36H —for a copy of the report.
The authority must comply with the request as soon as practicable.
