### sec.36O Release of information to health ombudsman The commissioning authority must, as soon as practicable after receiving an RCA report under section 36H , give the health ombudsman— a copy of the report; and details of the place where the reportable event happened. s 36O ins 2007 No. 28 s 50 amd 2013 No. 36 s 331 sch 1 - (a) a copy of the report; and - (b) details of the place where the reportable event happened.
