### sec.35 Dissolution of committees
The Minister may dissolve a committee if—
the committee has voted that it should be dissolved and has requested the Minister to dissolve it; or
in the opinion of the Minister, it has exhibited gross neglect of its functions, finances or administration; or
the Minister is satisfied it would be desirable in the public interest to do so.
