### sec.22 Delegations
The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s powers under this Act to the commissioner or an appropriately qualified service officer.
The commissioner may delegate the commissioner’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified service officer.
In subsections (1) and (2) —
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
