### sec.105 Application of s 50L to agreements in force immediately before commencement This section applies in relation to an agreement mentioned in former section 50L that was in effect immediately before the commencement. New section 50L does not apply in relation to the agreement. Despite its repeal, former section 50L continues to apply in relation to the agreement.
