sec.77Jurisdiction

### sec.77 Jurisdiction For this Act, QCAT has the following jurisdiction— to hear and decide— claims against the fund referred by the chief executive under section 95 (1) (b) ; and applications for reimbursement orders under part 8 , division 4 ; to review a decision of the chief executive— under section 45 (1) ; or for which an information notice is given under section 10 (5) (b) , 90 or 102 ; to decide whether to extend the time within which to make a claim or seek review of a decision of the chief executive under section 122 . - (a) to hear and decide— (i) claims against the fund referred by the chief executive under section 95 (1) (b) ; and (ii) applications for reimbursement orders under part 8 , division 4 ; - (i) claims against the fund referred by the chief executive under section 95 (1) (b) ; and - (ii) applications for reimbursement orders under part 8 , division 4 ; - (b) to review a decision of the chief executive— (i) under section 45 (1) ; or (ii) for which an information notice is given under section 10 (5) (b) , 90 or 102 ; - (i) under section 45 (1) ; or - (ii) for which an information notice is given under section 10 (5) (b) , 90 or 102 ; - (c) to decide whether to extend the time within which to make a claim or seek review of a decision of the chief executive under section 122 . - (i) claims against the fund referred by the chief executive under section 95 (1) (b) ; and - (ii) applications for reimbursement orders under part 8 , division 4 ; - (i) under section 45 (1) ; or - (ii) for which an information notice is given under section 10 (5) (b) , 90 or 102 ;
