### sec.67 Returns by receiver
A receiver must give the chief executive a report about the receivership when the chief executive directs, containing any information reasonably required by the chief executive.
The receiver must also give the chief executive a report when the receiver’s appointment ends.
The report given under subsection (2) must contain—
if a copy of the final claims report prepared under section 61 (7) has not already been provided under section 62 (3) (b) —a copy of the final claims report; and
any other information reasonably required by the chief executive.
The receiver is not entitled to be paid for the receivership until reports required under this section are given to the chief executive.
(sec.67-ssec.1) A receiver must give the chief executive a report about the receivership when the chief executive directs, containing any information reasonably required by the chief executive.
(sec.67-ssec.2) The receiver must also give the chief executive a report when the receiver’s appointment ends.
