### sec.62 Payment of claims This section applies if the receiver has— given notice under section 59 (1) ; and complied with section 61 . The receiver may pay a claim allowed by the receiver only if the receivership property is enough to pay all claims allowed by the receiver. If the receivership property is not enough to pay all of the allowed claims, the receiver— may pay any part of the property that consists of money to the chief executive; and must give a copy of the final claims report prepared under section 61 (7) to the chief executive. Money paid to the chief executive under subsection (3) must be— paid to the consolidated fund; and paid from the claim fund under section 63 (3) (b) . In this section— claim does not include a claim by the agent. (sec.62-ssec.1) This section applies if the receiver has— given notice under section 59 (1) ; and complied with section 61 .
