### sec.55 Enforcing orders
This section applies if—
a court makes an order under section 54 for possession of receivership property against a person; and
the person has been given a copy of the order; and
the person has not complied with the order.
The court may make an order authorising a police officer, or the receiver or another person and a police officer—
to enter stated premises or another place occupied by the person and search for the receivership property; and
to seize the receivership property and move it to a place the receiver considers appropriate.
The court may also make another order it considers appropriate.
(sec.55-ssec.1) This section applies if— a court makes an order under section 54 for possession of receivership property against a person; and the person has been given a copy of the order; and the person has not complied with the order.
(sec.55-ssec.2) The court may make an order authorising a police officer, or the receiver or another person and a police officer— to enter stated premises or another place occupied by the person and search for the receivership property; and to seize the receivership property and move it to a place the receiver considers appropriate.
(sec.55-ssec.3) The court may also make another order it considers appropriate.
- (a) a court makes an order under section 54 for possession of receivership property against a person; and
- (b) the person has been given a copy of the order; and
- (c) the person has not complied with the order.
