### sec.48 Trust property over which receiver may be appointed A receiver may be appointed over trust property— held by an agent; or held by another person for an agent; or recoverable by an agent; or if an agent is dead, that may be recoverable by the agent’s personal representative. - (a) held by an agent; or - (b) held by another person for an agent; or - (c) recoverable by an agent; or - (d) if an agent is dead, that may be recoverable by the agent’s personal representative.
