### sec.43 Account not to be operated unless chief executive allows
This section applies if the chief executive gives a direction under section 42 (1) .
After the direction has been given to the holder of the account, and until it is withdrawn, the holder must not sign a cheque or other instrument drawn on the account unless the cheque or other instrument has first been signed by the chief executive or a person authorised by the chief executive to sign the cheque or instrument.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
(sec.43-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive gives a direction under section 42 (1) .
