### sec.30 Agent must appoint auditor and notify chief executive
An agent must, within 1 month after opening a trust account, appoint an auditor to audit the trust account kept or to be kept by the agent.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
The agent must, within 1 month after the appointment, give the chief executive—
written notice of the auditor’s name and address; and
evidence the auditor has accepted the appointment.
