### sec.27 Dealing with amount in dispute if not dealt with under s 26 This section applies if the amount in dispute is not dealt with under section 26 . The agent must not pay out the amount in dispute unless the agent receives written notice— from all parties to the transaction stating the person who is entitled to the amount; or a proceeding has been started to decide who is entitled to the amount.
