### sec.25 Application of div 5 This division applies if— an agent holds a transaction fund for a transaction under section 22 ; and before the transaction fund is paid out under section 22 , the agent becomes aware of a dispute, or considers a dispute may arise, between the parties to the transaction about entitlement to the transaction fund or part of the fund (the amount in dispute ).
