### sec.173 Chief executive may accept PAMDA forms approved The chief executive may accept a PAMDA form that corresponds to an approved form mentioned in section 86(1)(a), 88(2) or 89(2), instead of the approved form. In this section— PAMDA form means an approved form under the repealed Act in force immediately before the commencement.
