### sec.153 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may be made about the following—
ways in which amounts may be paid from a trust account;
the audit of trust accounts and documents;
the keeping of records, including the form in which records are to be kept;
the keeping of receipts and evidence of expenditure;
the length of time documents required to be kept under this Act are to be kept;
imposing a penalty for a contravention of a regulation of not more than 20 penalty units.
(sec.153-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
