### sec.151 Delegation—chief executive
The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s powers, other than power under section 115 or 148 , to an appropriately qualified public service employee.
In subsection (1) —
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
