### sec.95 Obligation to notify chief executive of changed or new information relevant to application
This section applies if—
the person has given information about a matter to the chief executive under this part or part 6 ; and
the person becomes aware that the information has changed or becomes aware of new information relating to the matter; and
the changed or new information is relevant to a matter stated in section 92 (1) .
The person must immediately give the chief executive a notice of the changed or new information.
(sec.95-ssec.1) This section applies if— the person has given information about a matter to the chief executive under this part or part 6 ; and the person becomes aware that the information has changed or becomes aware of new information relating to the matter; and the changed or new information is relevant to a matter stated in section 92 (1) .
(sec.95-ssec.2) The person must immediately give the chief executive a notice of the changed or new information.
- (a) the person has given information about a matter to the chief executive under this part or part 6 ; and
- (b) the person becomes aware that the information has changed or becomes aware of new information relating to the matter; and
- (c) the changed or new information is relevant to a matter stated in section 92 (1) .
