### sec.85 Notice of closure
At least 30 days before closing the expression of interest register or a part of the register, the chief executive must publish, in a newspaper circulating throughout the State, notice of—
the extent of the closure; and
the reason for the closure; and
the last day for giving an expression of interest to the chief executive before the closure.
The notice may include any other information the chief executive considers appropriate.
If there is a time at which the chief executive anticipates the register or part of the register will be re-opened, the notice may state that time.
The chief executive may also publish the notice in other ways the chief executive considers appropriate.
