### sec.82 Obligation to notify chief executive of changed or new information relevant to eligibility
This section applies if—
the person has given information about a matter to the chief executive under this part or part 6 ; and
the person becomes aware that the information has changed or becomes aware of new information relating to the matter; and
the changed or new information is relevant to whether the person is eligible to have the person’s name entered or remain in the expression of interest register.
The person must immediately give the chief executive a notice of the changed or new information.

(sec.82-ssec.1) This section applies if— the person has given information about a matter to the chief executive under this part or part 6 ; and the person becomes aware that the information has changed or becomes aware of new information relating to the matter; and the changed or new information is relevant to whether the person is eligible to have the person’s name entered or remain in the expression of interest register.
(sec.82-ssec.2) The person must immediately give the chief executive a notice of the changed or new information.
- (a) the person has given information about a matter to the chief executive under this part or part 6 ; and
- (b) the person becomes aware that the information has changed or becomes aware of new information relating to the matter; and
- (c) the changed or new information is relevant to whether the person is eligible to have the person’s name entered or remain in the expression of interest register.
