### sec.73 Changes to current expression of interest or relevant information
A person with a current expression of interest may, by giving a notice to the chief executive, change—
the person’s preferences relating to the characteristics of a child who the person is willing to adopt; or
for an expression of interest relating to an intercountry adoption, a country for which the person wishes to be considered.
A person with a current expression of interest may notify the chief executive of any other new information or changes in information previously given to the chief executive.
See sections 82 and 115 for the obligations to notify the chief executive of new information, or changes in information previously given to the chief executive, relevant to eligibility or suitability.
If a person made an expression of interest jointly with the person’s spouse, the person or the spouse may act under subsection (1) or (2) in relation to the couple’s expression of interest.

- (a) the person’s preferences relating to the characteristics of a child who the person is willing to adopt; or
- (b) for an expression of interest relating to an intercountry adoption, a country for which the person wishes to be considered.
