### sec.61 Other ending of chief executive’s guardianship
The chief executive’s guardianship of the child under section 57 ends if—
a final adoption order for the child is made; or
a court makes an order ending the chief executive’s guardianship of the child; or
under a law of another jurisdiction, the chief executive agrees to someone else having guardianship of the child for the purpose of the child’s adoption under that law.
