### sec.40 Notice of court order
This section applies if—
the court makes an order dispensing with the need for the relevant parent’s consent; and
the chief executive was not the applicant for the order.
The applicant must give the chief executive a copy of the order.
(sec.40-ssec.1) This section applies if— the court makes an order dispensing with the need for the relevant parent’s consent; and the chief executive was not the applicant for the order.
(sec.40-ssec.2) The applicant must give the chief executive a copy of the order.
- (a) the court makes an order dispensing with the need for the relevant parent’s consent; and
- (b) the chief executive was not the applicant for the order.
