### sec.349 Expression of interest not decided before commencement This section applies if, before the commencement— a person made an expression of interest; and the chief executive had not decided whether the person’s name may be entered in the expression of interest register. Section 76 applies in relation to the person’s eligibility to have the person’s name entered in the expression of interest register. s 349 ins 2016 No. 57 s 65 (sec.349-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— a person made an expression of interest; and the chief executive had not decided whether the person’s name may be entered in the expression of interest register. (sec.349-ssec.2) Section 76 applies in relation to the person’s eligibility to have the person’s name entered in the expression of interest register. - (a) a person made an expression of interest; and - (b) the chief executive had not decided whether the person’s name may be entered in the expression of interest register.
