### sec.341 Chief executive’s guardianship If, immediately before the commencement day, the chief executive was a child’s guardian under the repealed Act, section 27, the chief executive’s guardianship continues in force under section 57. If, immediately before the commencement day, the chief executive was a child’s guardian under the repealed Act, section 27B(4), the chief executive’s guardianship continues in force under section 65. (sec.341-ssec.1) If, immediately before the commencement day, the chief executive was a child’s guardian under the repealed Act, section 27, the chief executive’s guardianship continues in force under section 57. (sec.341-ssec.2) If, immediately before the commencement day, the chief executive was a child’s guardian under the repealed Act, section 27B(4), the chief executive’s guardianship continues in force under section 65.
