### sec.335 Review of decision to remove name from adoption list
This section applies if—
under the repealed Act, section 13AA(4), the chief executive removed a person’s name from an adoption list; and
a person applied to QCAT for a review of the decision to remove the person’s name; and
immediately before the commencement day, the application had not been finally dealt with.
QCAT must decide the application under the repealed Act.
If QCAT decides the person’s name should not be removed from the adoption list, the person’s name is, for section 333 or 334, taken to have been in the adoption list immediately before the commencement day.

(sec.335-ssec.1) This section applies if— under the repealed Act, section 13AA(4), the chief executive removed a person’s name from an adoption list; and a person applied to QCAT for a review of the decision to remove the person’s name; and immediately before the commencement day, the application had not been finally dealt with.
(sec.335-ssec.2) QCAT must decide the application under the repealed Act.
(sec.335-ssec.3) If QCAT decides the person’s name should not be removed from the adoption list, the person’s name is, for section 333 or 334, taken to have been in the adoption list immediately before the commencement day.
- (a) under the repealed Act, section 13AA(4), the chief executive removed a person’s name from an adoption list; and
- (b) a person applied to QCAT for a review of the decision to remove the person’s name; and
- (c) immediately before the commencement day, the application had not been finally dealt with.
