### sec.331A Interim orders An interim order in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement day continues to have effect— in the case of an interim order for a child who is not a non-citizen child—as if it were an interim order made under part 9, division 2; or in the case of an interim order for a non-citizen child—as if it were an interim order made under part 9, division 3. s 331A ins 2009 No. 49 s 107 - (a) in the case of an interim order for a child who is not a non-citizen child—as if it were an interim order made under part 9, division 2; or - (b) in the case of an interim order for a non-citizen child—as if it were an interim order made under part 9, division 3.
