### sec.316 Disclosure to other jurisdictions For the purpose of facilitating the adoption under this Act of children from another country, the chief executive may— enter into an arrangement with an appropriate entity of that country with responsibility under the law of that country for adoptions; and under the arrangement, disclose information obtained under this Act or the repealed Act to the entity. - (a) enter into an arrangement with an appropriate entity of that country with responsibility under the law of that country for adoptions; and - (b) under the arrangement, disclose information obtained under this Act or the repealed Act to the entity.
